data format

Is there a standard data format used to report the location of UXOs? And to whom would this data be sent?

    Jason, thank you for your inquiry - our sincere apologies for not responding sooner. There is no universal data format, but we would like the Challenge entries to work with existing data repositories like the IMSMA (Integrated Management System for Mine Action). We will get back to you with a more detailed answer if more technical information is available.

    Jason, we wont have a standard data format, but if the answer I gave a week ago wont be enough, please let me know - we are soliciting technical expertise from the global demining community.
